1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Permata4D (hereinafter referred to as "Permata4D", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://permata4d.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

Permata4D provides an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related gaming services primarily to players based in Malaysia. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, wagering activities, and all communications between you and Permata4D.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and all other policies published on the Site. These documents form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and claim bonuses.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, including real-money balances and any applicable bonus balances, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Eligible Territory" means jurisdictions from which access to and use of the Platform is permitted under these Terms. Permata4D serves Malaysian players. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Permata4D before processing withdrawals or in response to risk triggers.
• "Platform" means the Permata4D website, mobile site, applications, and all related services operated at https://permata4d.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member using a verified payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to Permata4D, the operator of the Platform.
• "You / Your / Member / Player / User" refers to the individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Permata4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Permata4D operates strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned subject to our verification and fraud-check procedures.
• You must be a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a licence not held by Permata4D.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of Permata4D, nor an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must have only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or from any related platform operated by Permata4D.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of services on the Permata4D Platform, you must register a Member Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You further agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Documentation: Permata4D is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification prior to processing withdrawals and in other circumstances where identity verification is deemed necessary. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document (where requested)

You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request. Delays in providing documentation may result in delays in withdrawal processing. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format as instructed.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Permata4D will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree that you will use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You accept that all gaming and betting activities conducted through your Account are carried out at your own risk and discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagers and bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question.
• Permata4D provides gaming and betting services for entertainment purposes. Winning outcomes are not guaranteed and results are determined by the relevant game mechanics or sporting outcomes.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated tool to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• You will not attempt to exploit system errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a verifiable platform error may be voided at Permata4D's discretion.
• You accept full responsibility for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the Platform to conduct any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Permata4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to our fraud-prevention procedures.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Permata4D aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes from approval
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes from approval
• USDT TRC20: Typically 15–30 minutes pending blockchain confirmation

All indicative timeframes are subject to system availability, banking partner processing hours, and any pending KYC verification. Permata4D does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or blockchain network congestion.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 or the equivalent in the applicable digital asset. Withdrawals below this threshold may be rejected.

Withdrawal Conditions: Permata4D reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or confirmation that applicable wagering requirements have been met where bonus funds are involved.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Permata4D offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Permata4D promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Applicable wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed on eligible games count towards wagering completion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or not wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's Account at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: Bonuses requiring a qualifying deposit will specify the minimum deposit threshold. Deposits below this amount will not trigger the bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Permata4D reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering to artificially meet wagering requirements, and any conduct that Permata4D determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotions.
• Modification: Permata4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the Permata4D Platform are governed by game-specific and market-specific rules as displayed within each respective game or betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: an event that does not commence or complete, obvious data entry or pricing errors, technical failure affecting the integrity of the bet, or any situation specified in the applicable game rules.

Disputed Results: Permata4D's determination of game outcomes and the settlement of all bets shall be final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or result date.

Maximum Winnings: Permata4D reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event category. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Permata4D shall not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of stated limits.

Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected sporting events. Odds in live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Permata4D does not guarantee the availability of live betting markets and reserves the right to suspend live betting on any event at any time.

9. Responsible Gambling

Permata4D is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to assist Members in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not be permitted to re-register or access the Platform.

Underage Gambling: Permata4D operates a strict 21+ age policy. If you become aware that a minor has accessed this Platform, you must notify us immediately. We will take immediate steps to close the relevant account and return deposited funds.

Permata4D encourages all Members to gamble responsibly. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Permata4D Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Allowing any other person to use your Account or login credentials;
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, sporting fraud, or collusion with other players;
• Using any software tool, bot, or automated system to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors on the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Permata4D staff or other Members;
• Any conduct that Permata4D reasonably determines to constitute cheating, dishonesty, or an attempt to defraud the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Permata4D Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of Permata4D or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without our express written permission.

The Permata4D name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Permata4D or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without prior written approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Permata4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Permata4D makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of odds data, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical faults or that access will be continuous.

In no event shall Permata4D's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount deposited by you in your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to Terms

Permata4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes to platform features, payment methods, regulatory requirements, or operational considerations.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify Members of significant changes via email, in-platform notification, or both. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

Permata4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or abuse of the Platform;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You are found to be under the age of 21;
• You are accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to regulatory requirements or genuine breach of these Terms, Permata4D may withhold funds pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated by the Member voluntarily, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable fees and pending wager liability) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of Permata4D's platform. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith negotiation.

You agree that Permata4D's determination with respect to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status decisions shall be final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error.

Permata4D does not warrant that participation in online gambling is lawful in every jurisdiction from which the Platform may be accessed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction before accessing or using the Platform.
